Development of advanced technologies allows to bring distance learning to the present form. One of the technologies of a distance learning is webinar - a virtual seminar, organized through the Internet in a on-line mode. Before the introduction of the service we need to clarify webinars criteria platforms as well as the advantages and disadvantages on the market developments.
